Use Compliance Workshops for education and best practices.

Many client companies have used the Compliance Workshop as the
starting point for compliance education for committee members
involved in the IMSA process. This two-day, hands-on workshop
delves into the history and structure of IMSA.
A brainstorming session will assist in uncovering company
practices that will support IMSA. Then, those practices
will be linked to IMSA Principles, Code, Questions, and
indicators to determine what the company has in place to
satisfy IMSA requirements.
Finally, any gaps in practice will be identified and the
assessors will assist the company with solutions to fill
those gaps.
Companies who begin the IMSA process with the Compliance Workshop
will quickly find themselves on the right track toward IMSA
membership.
However, the workshop is only the beginning, not the end. It is
used to identify processes in place and gaps in those processes,
but the company still must close the gaps prior to membership.
That's where PMP's experience in best practices will prove
invaluable. Its experience as one of the largest providers
of IMSA services allows its assessors to share many ideas
that can make any insurance company better.
