With over 37 years in the life, health and P&C insurance industry, Tom was one of the developers of the Insurance Marketplace Standards Association (IMSA) program. He has also served on the Market Conduct Committee of the ACLI and was Vice President and Market Conduct Officer for an east coast life insurance company for seven years.
His experience and work with many of the companies involved in the development and application of IMSA assures in-depth knowledge of Best Practices that extend to all facets of the industry. He has been a frequent speaker on market conduct issues to the industry, including LIMRA, AICP, SILA, LOMA, and the ACLI Forum 500.

Bringing a background in process improvement, training and communications to the insurance industry, C. J. has provided market conduct services since 1997.
In addition to co-presenting numerous training workshops, C.J. helped developed and co-teaches "A Practical Approach to Advertising Compliance for the Insurance Industry" seminar and helped establish the new Insurance Advertising Compliance Association (first conference April 2002).
She has worked with more than 60 companies on their membership preparation and assessment for the Insurance Marketplace Standards Association (IMSA), where she has identified many Best Practices that are working well across product lines for those companies. She also organizes an annual client Best Practice workshop.
