Use this process for confirmation that your company remains on track for membership renewal.
All too often during the initial internal assessment, companies looked upon IMSA as a project, rather than a process. Not surprisingly, some companies have discovered that processes they thought were put in place failed to remain in place.

The interim review is an opportunity for the company to again review the entire IMSA process and confirm that processes remain in place. The assessors incorporate best practices into company procedures so that there is measurabme improvement from the initial assessment to the next. It is also an opportunity for the assessors to review what works, as well as what doesn't so there is time for any necessary changes to be completed before the Independent Assessment.
