Professional Market Practices, Inc. is a new corporation formed to
further the "best-of-industry" market conduct practices learned
while providing IMSA membership assessment services to about
one-fourth of current members.
Since the beginning of the development of Insurance Marketplace
Standards Association, Tom Stallings has been deeply involved and
committed to improving the insurance industry's market conduct
practices.
When IMSA began, Tom joined First Consulting & Administration,
Inc. as Senior Consultant, providing experience and expertise for
market conduct and IMSA assessments. Joining with C.J. Rathbun,
they developed tools and techniques to provide companies with
overall assurance that they meet the rigerous standards of IMSA
membership. It is these tools and experiences, along with a deep
commitment to the furtherance of ethics in the insurance industry,
that form the basis for PMP.
